Brian Ertl

Brian Ertl, CPA, MAcc, currently serves as Managing Director at BDO USA since August 2019, after holding the position of Tax Senior Manager. Prior to BDO USA, Brian Ertl was a Senior Manager at Monroe, Sweeris, and Tromp PLC from November 2018 to August 2019. Brian Ertl spent six years at KPMG, progressing from Tax Senior Accountant to Manager, Tax, and ultimately Senior Manager, Tax from September 2010 to October 2018. Brian Ertl began professional career as a Staff Accountant at Katz, Gallagher & Company (APAC) from November 2007 to September 2010. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Statistics from the University of Michigan.
