Chirag Patel

Chirag Patel, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director at BDO USA since July 2023, following a significant tenure at EY from July 2011 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing tax compliance and advisory services to global and national companies. At EY, Chirag progressed from Staff to Senior Associate, Tax Manager, and finally Senior Manager, building extensive expertise in Quantitative Services, particularly in calculating Research and Development tax credits and section 199 deductions. Prior entrepreneurial experiences include ownership of Quiznos Sub and Donut Connection, where effective business operations and employee management were key focuses. Chirag holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an Advertising Concentration from California State University-Fullerton.
