Salatur Rahman

Salatur Rahman, PMP, is a seasoned professional in program optimization and project controls with a strong focus on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Currently serving as a Senior Manager at BDO USA, LLP since July 2021, Salatur is leading innovative solutions for the implementation of EVMS on significant U.S. Department of Defense projects. Previously, Salatur held the role of Earned Value Management (EVM) Lead at CGI, overseeing the implementation of EVMS for a $220M program, and excelled as a Senior Program & Earned Value Analyst at CPMC-LLC, where extensive experience with compliance and program planning was applied to a $750M initiative. Salatur's career also includes project management and IT roles at IPT Associates, PSEG, and Ramapo College of New Jersey, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ramapo College.
