William Bithoney

William Bithoney, MD, serves as the Managing Director and Chief Physician Executive at BDO, providing healthcare consulting services across various programs, including hospitals, physician groups, and health systems since January 2014. As the Founder and CEO of Bithoney and Associates Medical Group, Bithoney specializes in consulting for Medicare Shared Savings and Accountable Care Organizations. Previous roles include Interim Chief Medical Officer at Centerlight Health System, National Medical Business Leader at Thomson Reuters Healthcare, and COO & CMO of Sisters of Providence Health System. With a solid foundation in medical leadership, Bithoney co-founded Medivector, served as Physician in Chief at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, and acted as Chief Medical Officer for Mercy Health System. Bithoney also contributed as the Founding Medical Director of Medical Missions for Children, one of the largest private telemedicine programs, and holds medical degrees from Yale School of Medicine and degrees from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Harvard University.
