Rajani Menon

Rajani Menon currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Advisory at BDS Services Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities include developing and executing the strategic plan, conducting market research, and providing advisory services to senior executives. Prior to this role, Rajani Menon worked at Cheers Interactive for over 15 years in various capacities, including Senior Consultant and Senior Solutions Manager, with a focus on pre-sales solutions, business analysis, and product development. Rajani Menon also held the position of Engagement Manager for the Database Division, assisting the business development team with client presentations and requirements assessments. Earlier in 2003, Rajani Menon worked as a Brand Ambassador at Goldshield. Rajani Menon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Miranda House and completed 12th grade at Deepika English Medium School in Rourkela.
