Chris Lunde

Chris Lunde is Corporate Counsel for MSD. Prior to joining MSD in 2013, he served as counsel to a former portfolio company of TPG Capital that provided data and software to clients in the insurance, banking and real estate industries. Chris is a long-suffering Mets fan, a lover of the outdoors and a father of three. He lives with his wife, children and dog, Barley, in Weston, Connecticut.

Chris received a B.A. in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, a J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, and an LL.M. with distinction in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
