Prior to this role, Paul worked as an MEP Leader at Leighton Asia from January 2016 to January 2019, contributing to significant projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Passenger Clearance Building. Paul holds a Master of Science in Intelligent Building Technology and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
