Ian Miller

Ian Miller is a skilled biomedical engineer with extensive experience in process development and cell therapy. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer II at Be Biopharma since March 2025, Ian previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. from December 2020 to January 2025, where significant contributions included leading a team in the development of multiplex editing protocols for CAR/TCR T cells and utilizing CRISPR Cas9 gene editing tools. Ian's expertise includes scaling up research protocols and integrating gene editing technologies with collaborative efforts. Prior experience includes a role as a Scientist at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Furman University. Ian also attended the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business for further education in 2017-2018.
