It is also recognized as a Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the highest level of recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), for its combination of exceptional medical care and outstanding patient communication and services. PCMH recognition means that the practice emphasizes care coordination and communication to provide primary care that is “what patients want it to be.”
