Natalya Brown

Natalya V. Brown, CPA, serves as the President and CEO of Beacon Group since April 2015, overseeing financial operations for a nonprofit human services organization with an annual budget exceeding $30 million and a workforce of 750 employees. Prior to this role, Natalya held the position of Controller and Director of Human Resources at Agro Land & Cattle Co., Inc., where management of the accounting and human resources departments was executed for a family-owned company with diverse operations. Additionally, experience as Corporate Accounting Supervisor and Corporate Senior Accountant was gained at Canyon Ranch from November 2011 to March 2013. Natalya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan-Flint and has completed several leadership programs, including a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate from Arizona State University and a Nonprofit Leadership & Management Certificate from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
