Jim Demone

Jim Demone is currently the Corporate Controller & Director of Accounting at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Jim has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

Jim started their career at KPMG Audit as a Senior Audit Associate and then went on to become the Corporate Accounting Manager at Sensata Technologies. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall accounting and finance operations of the company.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Jim Demone has an MSA from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

They are on a team with Caitlin Antosz - Marketing Manager, Michelle Goodrich - Human Resources Manager, and Jennifer Ryan - Director of Payroll & Human Resources. Their manager is Aaron Mace, Managing Director and CFO, Executive Committee Member.
