Currently serving as Group Marketing Manager at Beacon Lighting since June 2020, Kate has also held several key roles, including General Manager Marketing at ThreeByOne, where responsibilities included supporting international expansion, and a Consultant role at Grace Papers, collaborating with thought leaders. Kate founded a consulting business offering strategic marketing solutions from 2012 to 2020, and has held significant marketing positions at Hostplus, Target Australia Pty Ltd, and Jetstar Airways, managing marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B sectors. Kate holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Media Communications from Swinburne University of Technology.
