Deb Beaird is the owner of Beaird Group, a business consulting firm established in October 1994, specializing in project leadership and execution to help clients solve problems and implement initiatives. Prior to founding Beaird Group, Deb Beaird worked at Waste Management, Inc. from 1994 to September 2012 as a consultant, focusing on sales reporting, market research, and executive support among other areas. Earlier experience includes a role at IBM from 1981 to 1993, where Deb Beaird held various positions in sales and sales management, including project manager and systems engineering manager. Deb Beaird holds a BA in MMSS with a focus on economics from Northwestern University, earned between 1978 and 1981.
