Prior to this role, Krista worked as the Community and Partnership Manager at Helve, where responsibilities included streamlining application processes and managing outreach. Krista's extensive background at Bolt encompassed various positions, including Engineering Operations Partner, Technical Support Lead, Technical Support Engineer, and Customer Service Manager, all of which contributed to the development of efficient onboarding practices and effective team management. Krista holds a Bachelor of Philology, specializing in Baltic and Classical Philology, from Latvijas Universitate.
