Stephen Hindelang

Stephen Hindelang currently serves as Sr Manager of Operations and Fibre Service Technician Manager at Beanfield Metroconnect since May 2022. Prior to this, Stephen held various leadership roles at Selectcom Telecom from September 2001 to December 2021, including Vice President of Implementation & Partner, where responsibilities included restructuring the installations team and enhancing departmental policies and procedures. As Vice President of Corporate Sales & Partner, Stephen led the sales team, implemented strategic initiatives to acquire new clients, and focused on coaching and mentoring to improve team performance. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Concordia University from 1985 to 1989 and at Champlain College from 1983 to 1985.
