Paul Deshaies is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Design and Engineering Manager at BearCom since November 2018, where responsibilities include project design and engineering support. Previous roles include System Engineer focusing on cellular and public safety systems, and Owner of AV LV, a consultancy for cellular and public safety projects. Deshaies has held significant positions at Hutton Communications Inc. as Director of the IBW Group and Pre-Sales Engineer, as well as Technical Trainer at Goodman Networks. Additional experience includes designing In Building Wireless Systems at Cellular Specialties, Business Development in CATV integration at LIMFAR, and engineering roles at Conversent Comm and T-Mobile, contributing to fiber optic networks and T1 integration. Deshaies holds an Associate in Science degree in Telecommunications from Nashua Community College.
