Ramnik Kamo is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at BearCom since March 2025, with a focus on ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, Ramnik led Mavenir’s Corporate Group as EVP, CIO, and CPO from May 2016 to March 2025, overseeing various functions including Information Technology and Human Resources. From March 2015 to May 2016, Ramnik acted as EVP and Chief of Staff at Imagine Communications, with previous roles including Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Corporate Development. Ramnik has extensive experience in senior management positions at GENBAND from May 2010 to February 2015 and held significant leadership roles at Nortel from September 1994 to May 2010, specializing in various operational areas. Ramnik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from the University of Mysore and an MBA in Business Finance from Henley Business School.
