Ruben E. Devia is an accomplished project engineer and manager with extensive experience in wireless telecommunications design and implementation. Currently employed at BearCom as a Project Engineer/Manager since February 2022, Ruben previously held the role of Manager of the RF Department and Lead Engineer at Morcom International, Inc., where responsibilities included leading wireless telecommunications projects for government agencies from August 2015 to December 2021. Ruben's career began in the Air Force of Peru as an Electronic Engineer, focusing on communications and electronics, and has spanned various roles including project management and RF design throughout different tenures at Morcom International. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad ESAN, certifications in RF design and commissioning, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
