Brad Schultz has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Brad co-founded BeatBox Beverages in 2011 and served as the company's Chief Marketing & Experience Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Dubit Limited as the VP Brand Strategy and later as an Advisor. In 2013, they co-founded Tryout, a talent network for kids. Brad also held the position of Head of Moshi TV at Mind Candy in 2011, and before that, they worked at Kabillion in various roles including Director of Digital Media and Marketing and Business Development Manager. Brad co-founded Flying Penguin Mobile in 2007 and served as CEO, focusing on mobile gaming. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Upper Deck in 2006.

Brad Schultz obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business, from the year 2002 to 2006.
