Samuel De Potter is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resource processes. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Beaulieu International Group since January 2021, Samuel previously held the position of HR Business Partners Manager for Northwest Europe at Q8, where responsibilities included overseeing HR processes and chairing the Belgian Works Council. Prior to Q8, Samuel spent over a decade at Barco as Director of HR Processes & Projects, focusing on global HR processes and digital transformation in talent management. Samuel's early career includes roles as Principal HR Consultant at Cubiks, managing international HR projects, and as a Recruitment Consultant at SD Worx. Samuel earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Ghent University.
