Ward Decock has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with Beaulieu International Group since September 2018, where roles include HR C&B/SSC Manager and HR Project Manager Flooring Solutions. Prior to this, Ward Decock worked at Toyota Motor Europe from September 2007 to August 2018, progressing through various HR positions, including Manager Resources Planning and HR Planning. Educational qualifications include a Compensation and Benefits Management Programme from Vlerick Business School (2023), a Master na Master in Personeelswetenschappen from the University of Antwerp (2007), and a Licentiaat in Bestuurskunde from HOGENT (2006).
