Heather Lee has a vast amount of experience in Human Resources, with various leadership roles in companies such as Beauparc, BAE Systems, and Michael Page International. Heather has managed people and culture strategies, business transformation, shipbuilding operations, shared services, and F35 US Programmes. Heather has also been accountable for developing new business opportunities, leading mergers, and expanding support business with the MoD customer. Their education includes a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and other certificates in management and human resources.
