Philip Browne is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic development, and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Group Head of M&A and Strategic Development at Beauparc since January 2022, Philip has previously held key financial roles at Panda Waste Management, progressing from Finance Analyst to Finance Manager. Earlier experience at EY, where Philip served as a Corporate Finance Executive and Audit Senior in the Asset Management Funds department, further solidified strong financial acumen. Philip also managed a betting store at Chronicle Bookmakers. Educational qualifications include a Corporate Finance Diploma from Chartered Accountants Ireland, an Accounting Diploma from Technological University Dublin, a degree in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University College Dublin, and a Leaving Certificate from St Conleth's College.
