Ellen McLeod is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and yoga instruction. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Beaver Paper since March 2020, Ellen provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, while also acting as a liaison for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. Ellen has previously held positions as an Executive Assistant at Benchmark Technology Group and Capital Network Consultants, Inc., supporting senior executives and managing various operational tasks. In addition to office management, Ellen is a dedicated Yoga Instructor at Gentle Yoga, planning and leading multi-level classes in various settings. Ellen holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from The University of Georgia, an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Maryland, and completed yoga teacher training at Sakhi Yoga School.
