Mohamed Mohsen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the OD & Learning Manager at BEC Arabia since March 2011. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement to align with the company's vision and values. Previously held roles include HR Team Leader, overseeing comprehensive HR responsibilities, and Senior Payroll Officer, managing payroll operations and system integrations. Additional experience encompasses positions in payroll and HR coordination roles at RTCC-Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Kafr Elsheikh University, obtained in 2008.
