Simon Hutters currently serves as the Head of Legal and Area Director at BEC Financial Technologies since November 2023. Previously, Simon held various legal positions at IBM from August 2022 to November 2023, progressing from Counsel to Senior Counsel during tenure at IBM Danmark from January 2015 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney-at-Law at Bird & Bird, and Bender von Haller Dragsted, alongside instructional positions at the Danish School of Media and Journalism and IT University of Copenhagen. Simon also contributed to the Complaints Board for Domain Names as Secretary from January 2005 to December 2013. Simon holds a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
