Simon Malausséna currently serves as the Streaming Partnership Manager for Because Music in France, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Simon was the Digital Supply Chain Manager at Because Music, where responsibilities included managing digital distribution for various artists and labels, overseeing metadata accuracy, and optimizing catalog deliveries to streaming platforms. Prior to this, Simon held several roles at Warner Music France, including Release Operations Coordinator and Data Champion, where tasks involved coordinating digital and physical distribution, as well as metadata creation. Simon's experience also includes working at Sony Music Entertainment as an Assistant Label Manager, and engaging in event organization and media partnerships with Make It Deep. Simon holds a Master's degree in Commerce-Marketing with a specialization in Project Management in the Arts and Culture from ICD Paris, alongside various other educational credentials.
