Carol Smalley

Carol Smalley has extensive experience in benefits management and administration, currently serving as the Benefits Design Manager at Bechtel since November 2018. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Global Benefits Administration Manager at Bechtel Corporation from January 2015. Carol's previous experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Benefits and HRIS at Con-way from July 2007 to December 2014 and as Director of Benefits Administration at Knowledge Learning Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Carol holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies were completed between 1978 and 1982.
