Charandeep Singh

Charandeep Singh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as the Region & Country HR Manager at Bechtel Corporation since April 2017. In this role, Charandeep conceptualizes and directs HR compliance and policies while ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and regional legislative changes. Previous positions include Employee Relations Specialist and Global HR Shared Services Leader, where responsibilities involved investigating workplace complaints and managing HR operations across EMEA and Asia. Prior to Bechtel, Charandeep worked at HCL Technologies as Deputy Manager of the HR Service Center, focusing on global HR shared services management, process standardization, and productivity enhancement. Charandeep holds an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a B.Com. degree from SGTB Khalsa College, Delhi University.
