Nancy Higgins

Nancy Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ethics and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Bechtel since January 2007, Nancy previously held the role of Executive Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at MCI from January 2003 to December 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing ethics following the WorldCom scandal. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Ethics and Business Conduct at Lockheed Martin and as Chair of the Defense Industry Initiative Working Group. Nancy was instrumental in developing a companywide ethics and compliance program at The Boeing Company after its acquisition of McDonnell Douglas and Rockwell International. Early in the career, Nancy managed complex corporate litigation as a Senior Corporate Counsel. Nancy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law and completed an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
