Dr. Sebastian Springer has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dr. Sebastian is currently the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and an Executive Board Member at Gebr. Becker GmbH, where they have full P&L responsibility for a group of 18 international subsidiaries and more than 30 rep offices worldwide. Prior to that, Dr. Springer worked at Festool Group as the Head of Digital & IoT and the Head of Global CRM, responsible for the implementation of global online strategies and CRM programs. Dr. Sebastian also has experience at Wilo Group as the Group Director Sales Excellence and Project Portfolio Manager, focusing on sales strategy, process optimization, and CRM rollout. Dr. Springer has also worked at ALDI SÜD as a Project Manager and at Toshiba Corporation as a Sales Manager. Dr. Sebastian holds a vocational training in IT and business from Niggemann Group GmbH & Co.KG. Overall, Dr. Sebastian Springer has a diverse background in sales leadership and business development with a global perspective.
Dr. Sebastian Springer completed their education as follows:
- From 2018 to 2022, they pursued a degree in Management and Economics (Dr. rer. oec.) at Ruhr University Bochum.
- In 2020 and 2021, they undertook advanced studies in Leadership & Change Management at the University of St.Gallen.
- Between 2015 and 2017, they earned an Executive MBA (EMBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster.
- Dr. Sebastian obtained their Diplom (German Master) degree in Business Administration from PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen from 2006 to 2011.
