Kim Bator

Kim Bator, SHRM-CP, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as HR Manager and Payroll Administrator at Beckers Group since March 2010, Kim directs various HR functions, including performance evaluations, recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews. Prior to this role, Kim was Secretary to the Chief of Police at the Village of Huntley from February 2007 to March 2010, responding to inquiries from employees and citizens. Earlier experience includes work in executive administration and accounting at Material Sciences Corporation from November 1994 to February 2007, focusing on receivables and credit analysis. Kim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Capella University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Administrative Office Professional from Elgin Community College. Additionally, Kim holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
