Steven Schaerlaeken

Steven Schaerlaeken is an experienced project manager currently working at Becosoft since April 2022. Previously served as a service level manager at Calibrate and as a loadmaster at Aviapartner Belgium, where responsibilities included coordinating activities for smooth turnarounds. Steven has also held roles such as web developer and project manager at Clixx/Pos IT Solutions, managing various projects related to cash registers, access control, and digital signage for notable clients. Early career experiences include positions as an order picker at Oxylane, an IT technician intern at Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts, and internships at Citi and Eternit. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Management and Systems from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a private pilot license at the Royal Antwerp Aviation club.
