Erica Jenkins

Erica Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and clinical management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Customer Solutions at BD since May 2011, Erica oversees a national team of RN Clinical Consultants and Patient Navigators to enhance patient and customer support. Previously, Erica excelled as a Clinical Consultant at inVentiv Health and as a Charge Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Erica began a nursing career at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, earned in 2005. In addition to clinical expertise, Erica has a strong background in medical device sales, recognized as Rookie of the Year and a President's Club award recipient.
