Jeanne P. Lukasavage

Jeanne P. Lukasavage is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as VP and Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at BD since July 2002. In this role, Jeanne develops and executes IP strategies that support growth through innovation protection, overseeing worldwide intellectual property matters for various business units, including the $5B Interventional Segment and the $2B Pharmaceutical Systems unit. Prior positions at BD include Assistant General Counsel and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel, focusing on IP strategy, risk management, and team leadership. Jeanne began her career as an Associate at Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik and Gibbons P.C. Jeanne holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BME in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
