Maureen Mazurek

Maureen Mazurek serves as the Chief Sustainability and EHS Officer at BD, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Maureen held key roles including Senior Vice President of Sustainability/ESG Strategy at FleishmanHillard and Vice President of Communications at NewLeaf Symbiotics, Inc. From 1992 to 2017, Maureen was a Senior Global Leader at Monsanto Company, where responsibilities included driving sustainable agriculture initiatives, environmental health and safety programs, and developing strategic partnerships with major organizations. Maureen's educational background includes an MBA from Tulane University, executive training in Chemistry from Duke University, and participation in the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge.
