Ryan Blackmore

Ryan Blackmore is a seasoned Human Resources executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Sell Side HR Integration Lead at BD, overseeing a team of 34 HR professionals. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Edwards Lifesciences, where strategic HR initiatives spanned multiple global business sectors. In addition, Ryan has experience as Global Head of HR for Edwards Lifesciences' Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapy and Advanced Technology sectors and held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. Educational qualifications include an Executive Masters in Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in English from Indiana University Bloomington. Ryan also participated in the CHRO Xcelerator Fellowship at Spencer Stuart.
