Currently employed at Bedoukian Research since February 2012, Krzysztof specializes in flavors, fragrances, and insect pheromones, focusing on synthetic planning and large-scale suitability testing. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Astex Pharmaceuticals, where a weak hit transformed into a potent small-molecule inhibitor for cancer treatment was achieved in under a year. Krzysztof has held various positions in academia and industry, with a strong foundation in organic chemistry and synthetic processes, demonstrated through work at institutions such as the University of Utah and NPS Pharmaceuticals. Krzysztof earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry and an MS in Chemical Engineering: Organic Technology from The Silesian University of Technology.
