Previously, Carlos served as the Director of the Grid Integrated Systems and Applications Area at Fundación CIRCE from September 2004 to February 2019, where Carlos managed and coordinated a team of more than 35 researchers and technology experts. Carlos has a strong educational background in renewable energies and international commerce.
