Curtis Gaulding began their work experience at Hanson Information Systems in 2004 as a Network Technician, where they diagnosed and troubleshooted irregular network activity and conducted repairs. Curtis worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Illinois State University as part of their Enterprise Applications team, staying until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Curtis worked at Beeline, starting as a Customer Success representative and eventually progressing to roles such as Director, Senior Director, and currently, Vice President of Client & Partner Operations.

Curtis Gaulding obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Illinois State University. Additionally, they received a certification in CCWP from Staffing Industry Analysts in August 2016.
