Aigerim B. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as an Account Executive at GForce/Grey Affiliated Agency in 2012, where they were responsible for coordinating a $250k/yr budget for a retail bank and negotiating product features and design decisions for the launch of an online payment system in Kazakhstan. Following this, they joined the U.S. Consulate General Almaty in 2013 as a Program Manager/Senior Information Assistant, where they worked on projects related to air quality monitoring, organizing a multi-country ultramarathon, and studying the Kazakh diaspora in the U.S.
Afterward, Aigerim joined USAID in 2016 as a Program Manager/Development Outreach and Communications, where they served for five years until January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing various programs and initiatives related to development and communications.
In 2021, Aigerim joined Holy Grail Inc as a Project Manager, where they worked until September 2022. Finally, they joined Beezwax Datatools, Inc. in January 2023 as a Program Manager.
Aigerim B. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco Bay University between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Relations and Advertising from KIMEP University. Aigerim also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication Studies from the University of Montana. Additionally, they obtained a second Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work from the same institution. Aigerim has also acquired two certifications: the "USAID Supervisor Certification Course" from USAID in March 2020 and the "Project Design" certification, also from USAID, in February 2020.
