Nabil Ayers

Nabil Ayers is a seasoned music industry professional currently serving as President of Beggars Group since January 2022. With a robust background as the Owner of Valley of Search / The Control Group since January 2002, Nabil has overseen an independent record label known for notable releases by artists such as Cate Le Bon and Lykke Li. Previously, Nabil held the position of US Label Manager at 4AD from January 2009 to January 2022 and co-founded Sonic Boom Records Inc, an independent record store, serving as Co-Owner from September 1997 to July 2016. Nabil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Puget Sound.
