You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients. You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships. This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge.
We'll Trust you to:
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring effective communication, planning, and execution of key activities.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality proposals and ensure project methodologies are sound and impactful.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in life sciences analytics, guiding internal teams in producing high-visibility reports, executive dashboards, scorecards, and more.
- Utilize coding skills to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities for the firm, including new service offerings and improvements to best practices.
- Manage financial aspects of client projects, including drafting SOWs and client invoicing.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse global teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement, recruiting, training, and mentorship programs to support team members' professional growth.
- Actively contribute to practice area development and the overall growth of the firm.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor or advanced degree with 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
- Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions such as Incentive compensation, Targeting, Segmentation, Forecasting, Data Management, Digital Marketing, Advanced Analytics, etc.
- Coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA, etc.) and knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
