Verity Harmer

Verity Harmer serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Behavior Frontiers since January 2023, where the focus is on providing effective applied behavior analysis (ABA) solutions for children with autism and special needs. Prior to this role, Verity was the Founder and CEO of GAM Group Global from January 2018 to January 2023, specializing in executive recruiting and consulting for investment and industry professionals. Additional experience includes serving as a Venture Partner at Saxon Weber, Vice President and Associate Vice President at GQR Global Markets, and Head of Contract & Consultancies at Shackleton Drake. Early career roles included Assistant Manager and Artist Liaison at Universal Music Group. Verity holds a BSc (Honours) in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Nottingham, as well as professional qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute.
