Jessica Ekberg is an experienced behavioral therapist currently employed at Behavioral Concepts since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica served as the Head Residential Assistant at Westfield State University, where responsibilities included providing guidance to resident assistants and ensuring the safety of residents. Additional experience includes a research internship at Voices for a Second Chance, where Jessica created content for social media, and an internship at May Institute, focusing on behavioral management for children with autism. Jessica has a background in lifeguarding at multiple locations, ensuring the safety of patrons and providing first aid as necessary. Jessica holds a degree from Westfield State University and completed an academic seminar in criminal justice at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.

We help children diagnosed with autism discover more, learn more, and be more! Behavioral Concepts, Inc. was formed in July, 2002 by Dr. Jeffrey R. Robinson as an outgrowth of his professional work from the previous twenty-five years. Our mission is simple: Through the systematic approach of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help children diagnosed with autism to discover the world around them and learn daily living skills so they can actively participate in their communities and become the people they are meant to be. BCI provides center and home-based services through private health insurance. BCI is an approved provider of Specialty ABA Services for Early Intervention throughout Massachusetts. Our center-based services at our Worcester and Fitchburg locations consists of a simulated pre-school for children aged 3 to 6 years of age. We also offer an after-school and weekend social skills program for all school-aged children. We provide in-home services within a one-hour radius of Worcester. We accept most health insurance plans in Massachusetts.
