Stefanie Conzelmann has extensive experience in research and development within the cosmetics and personal care industry, having worked at Beiersdorf since 1999 in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Research & Development for Men's Care, Shower & Hair Care, and Hair Styling. Prior to Beiersdorf, Stefanie Conzelmann served as Cosmetics Manager at Strathmann GmbH & Co. KG from 1996 to 1999. Educationally, Stefanie Conzelmann holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry & Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a 2 Staatsexamen in Lebensmittelchemie from the University of Hamburg.
