Ahmed Younis

Ahmed Younis has extensive experience in IT network operations and support, currently serving as an IT Network Operations Specialist at beIN MEDIA GROUP since June 2015, where responsibilities include L1 & L2 IT support and infrastructure monitoring. Previously, Ahmed worked as an IT service desk engineer at ALI BIN ALI from April 2012 to April 2015 and as a System Analyst at Vodafone from October 2010 to April 2012, focusing on CTI/IVR systems monitoring and administration. Earlier career experience includes a trainee role at System Engineering of Egypt Company in 2010, where involvement in professional networking training and project implementation occurred. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology, alongside an American Diploma obtained from Manor House School.
