Sampath Kumar works as a Senior Solution Architect for Digital Commerce at Bekaert. Being a Solution Architect, He contributes to Platform Strategy, Planning, Platform roadmap, Business alignment, Portfolio governance, Team / Vendor management, Technology innovation areas and defines architectural guidelines & processes that aligns with Bekaert. He reviews the solutions and provides architectural recommendation to solve various business problems around B2B, B2C, B2B2C, D2C & Retail platforms. He works across the platforms on emerging technologies and discusses the solutions with internal stakeholders to address various pain points in Customer & Commercial portfolio. He works closely with IT Product Head, Directors, Senior Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Business / Functional Analysts and collaborates with cross-functional teams & product teams viz, SAP, CRM, MDM, PIM, Data & Analytics, 3PL, WMS, Payments, Information Security, Infrastructure, Data Privacy, Compliance, Operations and Delivery team (Development, Quality, Project Management etc) throughout all phases of the projects. He involves in all technical discussions of the commercial projects with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Project Managers, Development & Testing teams to review and recommend solutions to ensure the quality of deliverables within deadlines.

Prior to Bekaert, Sampath Kumar worked at Capgemini Technology Service as a Solutions/Technical Architect for Commerce Cloud Platform. He provided solutions for various business problems which were painpoints of B2B, B2C & B2B2C platform customers. He worked across the platforms and discussed the solutions with internal teams as well as onshore teams. He worked closely with Commerce Practice Leads, Business Analysts, Business Solution Architects, Onshore Teams and Globally located Clients throughout all phases of deliveries., That could be at any phase of the deliveries, Starting from Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Project Planning, Estimating the Project Time-lines, Solution Design, Development, Testing, FIT analysis & GAP analysis etc. and made sure the project timelines and quality of deliverables were met.
