Guillaume de Besses has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Guillaume started their career as a Chef d'équipe Production at Senoble, where they managed and supervised production teams. In 1997, they joined ADRIAC Packaging as a Chargé de Projets Emballages & Conditionnement, where they conducted and managed development projects related to packaging systems. In 2002, they joined GSK as a Chef de Projet Packaging, responsible for industrialization and optimization of primary and secondary packaging. In 2014, they became a Project Lead at GSK, overseeing various projects related to product stability, customer claims, and industrial performance improvement. Currently, they are working at Bel as the RID Packaging Portfolio lead MENA, managing packaging portfolio priority and innovation projects.
Guillaume de Besses has a diverse education history. Guillaume obtained a Master's degree in Chimie physique from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1994-1995. Guillaume also completed a Master 2 (M2) in Bio-chemistry - Chemistry at the same university in 1994-1995. In addition, they attended ENSBANA, where they earned an Engineer degree in Agrofood science in 1995-1996.
