Jean-Philippe Gourdon's work experience includes various roles in the manufacturing and engineering fields. Jean-Philippe started their career at Nestlé Waters in 1990, where they held positions such as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Assistance Manager, and Project Engineer. Jean-Philippe later became the Industrial Director for different regions including South East Asia, Indonesia, and Zone Asia. In 2008, they joined Bel as the Engineering, Safety and Environment Group Director, responsible for the global strategy and execution of engineering and maintenance functions. Jean-Philippe then held roles as the Industrial Director Americas and Senior VP manufacturing USA, Industrial Director Europe, and currently serves as the Global Operations Director for Fresh and Plant Based products at Bel.
Jean-Philippe Gourdon earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Food Technology and Processing from ENSAIA, completing their studies in 1989.
